Locktronics - Findamentals of Electricity

The Locktronics Fundamentals of Electricity teaching solution has been designed specifically to be useful at an introductory level with all students of electricity. The level of understanding escalates over the course of the worksheets which can be used as a series or individually to compliment existing lesson plans.

 

There is particular emphasis on cross curricula learning throughout these worksheets and learners will develop an understanding of electricity, whilst enhancing their literacy, ICT, technological, artistic and experiential learning skills. They should also develop an awareness of the dangers of electricity as they further appreciate its use in the modern world around us. 

 

Each worksheet has accompanying teacher’s notes which identify the required learning objectives and offer guidance on tackling key principles. Learner understanding of the topic area can be assessed through a number of both written and experimental exercises that can be done as a class or in small groups or pairs.
