All prices are in NZ$ and include GST. 

Customers in Australia will not be charged GST, your orders will be adjusted appropriatley.

Because the only constant thing in life is change and they can happen beyond our control such as suppliers changing their prices, shipping cost variables and volatile exchange rates we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly without notice. However we will always keep to the price that has been agreed upon at the time your order is placed.

Should a product become out of stock at the time your order is placed we will always give you the choice of an alternative product or a refund or if possible a revised shipment date should you prefer to wait. At some point or another a product reaches its end of life cycle and sometimes the supplier doesn't tell us in due time, when this happens we will always give you the choice of an alternative product if possible or a refund.

It is possible that due to demand on a product there may be a delay in your delivery. We apologise should this situation occur and we will notify you and providie a revised estimated shipment date.

All our products carry a 14 day money back guarantee if for any reason you don't like what you have purchased. To claim your refund under this guarantee and excluding the cost of shipping, please return the item to us in a resalable condition with original packaging.

Robokits Limited will honour statutory warranties in addition to the warranties above. If there is any conflict then the statutory warranty shall prevail.
